I’m your host, Kaye B and last week we talked about building quality into deliverables, but how do we do that? We need to make sure we build quality into our overall processes for checks and balances. We do this to minimize the waste of resources and maximize the probability of attaining the desired outcome. Quality management processes and practices help produce deliverables and outcomes that meet project objectives.  And it aligns to the expectation by using acceptance criteria expressed by the organization and project stakeholders. When you add it to your project process, you can create positive outcomes such as:

-       Project deliverables that meet stakeholder expectations and business objectives
